Refund Policy

  • We need photos for refunds.
  • If more than 72 hours have gone by since you received any California Lawn Alternatives products, unfortunately we can’t offer you a full or partial refund due to the perishable nature of the plant material.
  • Full or partial refunds will be made for product damaged in transit if reported within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Full or partial refunds for plant quality issues will be made if reported within 72 hours of receipt of product.
  • To complete your full or partial refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to producer.
  • Once your full or partial refund is approved we will credit your credit card or original method of payment.
